    PRINCIPAL

During Principal RJ Lomas' 7 years at our school, it has grown to almost triple its size, decreased the deficit that would have closed its doors, given every grade its own teacher, and most importantly - BROUGHT FAITHFUL, LOVING COMMUNITY to our families. It's rare he's without a smile or joke, and he's always approachable. He not only arrives to work early then leaves late, but also volunteers to coach basketball and be the daily recess aide! What principal has shown greater joy being with their students than him? Educationally he fights for diligence, strong rhetoric and theory teachings, prayerfulness, Catholic history, and so much more.

RJ fights for our students' education and well-being.

Many school parents have asked how to fight for him!

Support our current and classical curriculum, highly involved family connections, and overall school culture.

Fight to keep our school thriving.

Our kids deserve excellence beyond this year!

Help to keep RJ as the principal of our children’s school.

Continuing with RJ as Our Principal

 ·      RJ has demonstrably earned continuation as Principal by tripling enrollment, recruiting an outstanding and passionate faculty, and building a model and loving environment. He has succeeded in developing substantial parental involvement as school volunteers and as donors.

·      Dozens of families have joined the parish through first connections with RJ and the school. Families who could not have afforded Catholic education prize this opportunity for a faith-filled education in communion with fellow students and parents.

·      It is the unquestionable will of the parents for their children’s benefit.

·      At a time when our church is operating at a deficit, why are we wasting resources trying to find the perfect candidate when he is standing here in front of us?

·      Why would we risk losing children and families to other parishes, to other schools or other school systems, or strip them of the loving community they presently enjoy and grow together in Christ?

·       We suggest that the parish and school administration receive the benefit of an expertly facilitated discussion of interests and intentions. Witnesses from the Diocese and from the parent body should be given the opportunity to observe their dialogue and participate in planning. This is not an HR matter, rather it is building strong visions and relations for furthering our children's futures.
